Overview

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 1985 Peter has practised exclusively in the field of commercial and civil litigation. Following a period in the South East where he worked in-house in establishing and running a litigation function for a major life and pensions company, he has lived in Shrewsbury. However acting for national clients has meant that a lot of time is spent working around the country, and he practises extensively in London.

Peter is a member of TeCSA (Technology and Construction Solicitors Association).

Peter is a mediator accredited with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and ADR Group. As well as direct appointments, he is a member of a number of referring panels.
